Driver Services

• The hourly rate for a Student Chauffeur is € 35.00 excl. VAT (Being a 5 Star driver course)

• The hourly rate for an Executive Chauffeur is € 47.50 excl. VAT

• D&B applies a minimum booking of 3 hours; for our executive chauffeurs, the minimum booking is 4 hours.

Travel allowance

• In principle, travel expenses are not charged for our Student Chauffeur, as our employees generally possess an annual public transport pass. Should this be otherwise, our planning department will inform you.

• For the Executive Chauffeur, travel expenses are charged at cost price.

• After ± midnight and for locations not accessible by public transport, any additional costs (private transport, taxi, or pick-up service) will be charged. A D&B car is charged at a rate of €90.00 plus a reimbursement of €0.42 per km.

• Costs for the use of the vehicles, such as depreciation, fuel costs, parking fees, tolls, etc., are the responsibility of the client.

Meal allowance

• If the assignment lasts 6 hours or longer, we charge a standard lunch and dinner allowance according to the scale below:

  • Between 6-8 hours, € 14.00 per person

  • Between 8-12 hours, € 21.00 per person

  • Longer than 12 hours, € 37.50 per person

Surcharges

• Between 00:00 and 06:00, we charge a night surcharge of 50%;

• On national holidays, D&B applies a surcharge of 100%;

• If you book within 24 hours prior to the start of the assignment, we may be obliged to charge a rush surcharge of € 50.00.

General Terms and Conditions

Cancellation fees

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours prior to the start, you will be charged the minimum booking of 3 hours. If your booking also includes a rental car, we are obliged to charge the daily rate of the rental car in the event of a cancellation on the same day.
